In response to customer feedback, we have created two separate desktop clients: one for mapping the Shared and Private folders on the Cloud File Server as a virtual drive on your desktop, and the other for backing up your computer files to the Cloud File Server. Earlier these functions were available in one client.

This enables account administrators to control if they want to allow personal computer backup for their users.

Now when you log on to your account and select either the Map a Drive or Backup Files download links, you will download separate clients to your computer. Map a Drive will only direct you to map a letter drive on your computer. Backup Files will only enable you to choose which files you would like to back up to the cloud.
